The location is absolutely perfect and incredible just off shops and restaurants as well as the the square and Cathedral of San Rufino, and the rooms are air-conditioned. Nice to have a dining area, a seating area, and a writing desk available. I appreciated pastries at Starbucks, located at a short distance from the property...

quiet atmosphere, unbeatable location so close to restaurants within 150 meters from the building, assisi and italy. there was a tub in the private bathroom.
